Sometimes we engage with clients at the concept level and work with them from concept development to opening day, and beyond. Some clients have been established for years but are underwater and need a new direction. Preston Rideout
Founder & Managing Partner
Preston Rideout is the founder and CEO of Rideout Restaurant and Bar Consulting. With more than 25 years of hands-on operating experience, Preston has operated several of the most successful nightclubs in Las Vegas.
Preston started his career in Las Vegas working for Pure Management Group. He describes his time with PMG as graduate school for Nightlife and Bar Operations. In 2009, Preston founded Rideout Restaurant and Bar Consulting. Over the past decade, RBC has grown exponentially to become an industry leader in hospitality operations.
